Part-Time Family Assistant / Nanny – Odiham, Hampshire

A warm, capable and highly organised Family Assistant/Nanny is sought to support a welcoming private household and help care for two wonderful daughters aged 12 and 10.

This position would suit a reliable, kind and emotionally mature individual who enjoys helping create a calm, happy and well-run home environment. The role is ideal for someone who values consistency, takes pride in supporting family life, and is looking for a long-term position within a respectful and appreciative household.

The role is based around after-school and early evening support on Mondays and Tuesdays from 12:00pm – 7:00pm.

Responsibilities will include:

• School pick-ups and caring for the children after school
• Helping with homework and providing a positive, supportive presence during the afternoon and evening
• Preparing simple, healthy evening meals
• Household organisation, laundry, ironing and light housekeeping
• Keeping shared living areas tidy

The ideal candidate will be:

• Experienced in childcare and household support
• Naturally warm, dependable and discreet
• Calm, proactive and able to work independently
• A careful and confident driver with their own car
• Comfortable preparing simple family meals for the children
• DBS checked (or willing to obtain one)
• Looking for a stable, long-term role within a family environment

This is a part-time, non-live-in position based in the lovely village of Odiham, Hampshire.
