Exceptional, Caring and Professional Nanny

Mina started working with our family in September 2025, when my son was still very young. As a first-time mum, I was extremely anxious about leaving him in someone else’s care and honestly didn’t know what to expect. From the very beginning, Mina was incredibly patient, reassuring, knowledgeable and professional, and she very quickly put me at ease.

One of the things I appreciate most about Mina is that she has never tried to impose one particular way of doing things. She took the time to understand our family, our routines and how we wanted our son to be cared for. She would always ask how we preferred certain things to be done and then consistently follow what we had agreed. She is reliable, punctual and professional, and I know that when my son is with her, he is safe and genuinely cared for.

Over time, Mina has become so much more than our nanny; she has truly become part of our family. The love, patience and care she shows our son is something we see every day, and he absolutely adores her.

The amount of one-to-one interaction she gives him has also been incredible for his development. She is constantly talking to him, reading books with him, teaching him words, animals and sounds, and encouraging him to communicate and explore. We have seen such a difference in him. His understanding, speech, animal sounds and the way he interacts with books have come on amazingly, and I genuinely believe the individual attention and stimulation Mina gives him have played a huge part in that.

Another thing that really stands out about Mina is her desire to continue learning. She regularly undertakes courses and training to further her knowledge, not because she has to, but because she genuinely wants to keep developing herself and provide the best possible care. That says so much about the type of person and nanny she is.

We have never looked back since Mina joined our family. She took an incredibly anxious first-time mum and made me feel comfortable and confident knowing my son was in safe hands. She has become such an important part of his life and ours, and I honestly could not picture my son’s life without her now. We feel incredibly lucky to have her.
