My Experience
As a Level 2 Early Years Apprentice, I supported the daily care and development of children within the nursery setting. My responsibilities included assisting with age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development, helping to create a safe and nurturing environment, and supporting children with their personal care needs such as meals, hygiene, and rest times. I worked closely with qualified practitioners to observe and record children’s progress, contributing to their individual journeys. I also helped maintain a clean and organised setting while ensuring safeguarding and health and safety procedures were always followed. Through this role, I developed communication skills with both children and parents, building positive relationships to support each child’s growth and wellbeing.
My Qualifications
I have a Level 2 Early years practitioner qualification at which I passed both exams with a distinction. I have a DBS and paediatric first aid which is valid until 20/4/2027. As well as 8 GCSEs including maths and English.
My Availability
I am available Monday to Thursday at any time, with additional availability on weekends if arranged in advance. Should I need to take any time off, I will always provide at least four weeks’ notice so parents and caregivers have plenty of time to make alternative arrangements. I am currently learning to drive, but in the meantime I am very happy to take children on walks or travel with them by bus for day trips and outings, provided parents are comfortable with this.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £11.00 per hour
- Nannying from £11.00 per hour (gross)
My standard rate is £11 per hour. Which covers care and activities,walks and free experience that may be on in and around Weston.I am available Monday–Thursday at any time, with weekend care available if booked in advance. Additional charges may apply for longer days, travel costs, or meals provided by me, but I am always happy to discuss arrangements with parents beforehand. I aim to keep my fees fair and transparent, and I am open to discussing individual family needs to find the best option for you.
