About Me
I am a skilled Maths teacher with 30 years teaching experience. My degree was in Mechanical engineering, I did post graduate courses in special needs and for many years I was a specialist advisory teacher of pupils with learning difficulties , for the local authority. I returned to the classroom for the final five years of my teaching career , teaching maths up to A level, and I now enjoy building confidence in pupils’ abilities in maths. I am available to tutor in Maths from year 6 up to GCSE
My Experience
I have successfully tutored young people for KS3 maths and GCSE maths to enhance expected grade. I have enjoyed doing this for about 15 years on top of classroom teaching. Now I am retired from school teaching , (local Grammar school for boys) but would like to continue teaching 1:1
