About Me

I am a primary school teacher originally from Dorset. I have just relocated to Newquay, after 8 years living abroad. My husband and I have a 3 year old energetic and curious little boy, whom we love to go on adventures with. I am warm, patient, empathic and truly value child-led practices & learning.

My Experience

Qualified primary school teacher, with 5 years experience working at an International School in Germany. I have experience working with children with SEN needs, as well as personal experience with my autistic sister. Apart from raising my own son, I also have experience caring for babies and young children from looking after my younger sister, as well as caring for my niece and nephews.

My Qualifications

BSc Hons Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage
Qualified Teacher Status from the Department of Education
Level 2 Safeguarding Children Course
Prevent Duty Training

My Availability

Excellent

Stacie kindly looked after my two boys (aged 7 and 6) for 4 hours each day for a week whilst we were on October half term down in Newquay. Stacie was very reliable. Good with entertaining the boys both with play and learning activities. The boys really liked Stacie too. Stacie was proactive in recommending things to do, which was much appreciated. Happy to recommend
