We exchanged many messages with Leah regarding our nanny position. She expressed a keen interest in the position. We scheduled a video call for an evening. She didn't turn up and has since not responded to any messages.

If she needed to rearrange we'd be very understanding and supportive of this, but there was no communication at all.
