We love Vaidehi, and so does our 9month old daughter. We’d never organised childcare before but Vaidehi made the whole thing really easy: she’s reassuring, engaging and receptive to our specific asks around how we want our girl brought up (EC, baby-led weaning, being walked to sleep, gentle parenting — nothing crazy, but Vaidehi handles my helicopter parenting like a pro). It takes a village, and Vaidehi is an indispensable part of our village.
