I need help on Saturday starting at 9:45 am. so I found her on Thurday, until Friday we still exchanged information until 10pm. Suddenly on Saturday around 4 am while I was still sleeping, she texted me saying she couldn't come because she was sick. What an unconvincing reason and such irresponsible behavior. So I had a hard time asking for time off to stay home and look after him

Ella was an absolute lifesaver for our family. We needed a babysitter on very short notice due to an emergency, and she stepped in without hesitation. She arrived early, was calm and incredibly pleasant, and took wonderful care of our 6-month-old baby. Her kindness, reliability, and gentle nature immediately put us at ease during a stressful time. We are so grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to any family looking for a caring and dependable babysitter.

The sitter was supposed to arrive at 8.45. There was no communication from her until I phoned multiple times and messaged. She then told me at 8.54 that she was ill and wasn’t turning up. Meant that I missed an entire day at work. Do not recommend.
