Hello, I'm Thea! I am a recent university graduate looking to gain more experience in childcare through nannying and babysitting. I hold an enhanced DBS check and a full clean UK driving licence, so I am able to travel and provide safe, reliable care.
I am available Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with flexibility outside these hours if needed!
I have experience tutoring children aged 14-18 in English, Biology and Chemistry, supporting them with their learning and helping them build confidence in their studies. I also have previous experience working with younger children aged 3-6, where I assisted with singing, dancing, and drama classes with Stagecoach, encouraging creativity and fun while developing important skills.
I am also comfortable with all pets, whether big or small, so I'm more that happy to help in households with animals.
I am enthusiastic, caring and responsible, and I love creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment for children of all ages!
My Experience
I have a range of experience working with children of different ages. For the last two years, whilst studying my degree, I have supported teenagers aged 14-18 through tutoring, helping them gain confidence and achieve their academic goals. I'm more than happy to support with home-schooling, tuition or homework.
I have also worked with younger children aged 3-6 with Stagecoach Performing Arts, where I assisted singing, dancing, and drama classes, encouraging creativity, confidence, and teamwork in a fun environment. I love music and theatre, so expect your children to have lots of opportunities for expressive play, whether that's through music, movement or drama.
Alongside this, I have experience babysitting and proving childcare, ensuring children are safe, happy and engaged.
My Qualifications
I currently hold an enhanced DBS check and full clean UK Driving Licence.
My Availability
I currently work part-time in a restaurant from Thursday to Saturday and provide private tuition in the evening Monday to Wednesday. However, I am very flexible and, for the right role, I am happy to adjust my schedule to meet a family's needs. My core availability is Monday-Friday during the day (8am-5pm), but I can also be adaptable outside of these hours if required.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
- Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)
My fees are flexible and take into account the individual needs of each family. Factors such as the number and ages of the children, whether pets are included in my care, and the overall demands of the household are all considered. I am happy to discuss rates openly to find an arrangement that works well for everyone.
