We had a really positive experience with our childminder from the very beginning. She was extremely welcoming and informative, which instantly made us feel at ease. She took the time to help us with all the paperwork and clearly explained everything, making the process stress‑free.
She also provided us with a clear daily routine for our baby, which was very reassuring and helped us feel confident about the care being provided. Throughout the time, she gave us regular updates, which we really appreciated as parents.
Overall, she made the whole process easy, comfortable, and reassuring, especially as first‑time parents using this type of childcare service. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend her.
