My Requirements

We are a family of three living in SM4, Merton.
We are looking for a nanny housekeeper who is working as self employed (with knowledge of this tax arrangement and what it entails) to look after our one year old boy. The job description is as follows.
We need help with some of the following:
- Take sole charge care of the baby when needed and/or work alongside parents or grandparents. Most of the times parents and grandparents are home so the nanny needs to be comfortable working in this environment
- Caring for baby – changing nappies, making up bottles, feeding etc.
- Cooking for the baby - Bathing the baby when needed
- Sleep support
- Dressing the baby up
- Planning fun and age appropriate activities such as communication or language games - Taking baby to activities
- Caring for the baby when sick, including giving appropriate medication
- Preparing baby’s bag
- Doing all household activities related to the baby: washing up clothes, bottles, tidying, daily cleaning
- Not baby related: General light housekeeping tasks like vacuuming, mopping, loading unloading the dishwasher, kitchen tidying.
- Romanian language is desirable.
- Working hours will be Monday to Wednesday 10:00 - 17:00 however there will be some days where start will need to be 08:00.
- Extra weekend shifts and evening shifts will be required on an ad-hoc basis so the right person will need to have great flexibility.
