I am a 29-year-old qualified primary school teacher currently working in Year 5, with strong experience across KS2. I hold an MA in Creative Writing from the University of Brighton, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in English Language Teaching from the Faculty of Education at Dicle University in Turkey, along with additional academic experience at Akademia Pomorska in Poland.
My educational background is shaped by a combination of international education systems, which has enabled me to develop a modern, student-centred teaching approach. I focus on encouraging independent learning, building pupils’ self-esteem, and tailoring lessons to each child’s individual needs. I am patient, well-organised, and committed to helping children achieve their best in both English and Maths.

I am happy to provide 1–2–1 tutoring in the pupil’s home or meet in a public library. As I live on my own, and in line with safeguarding guidelines, I am not able to offer tutoring sessions in my own home.
