For a mum who has just gone back into full time work/studies and is a professional. Mercy was very lovely welcoming and always on time and available around my working hours as flexibility is important for my career. My children loved her and nothing was too much trouble and she was supportive. Which put me at ease and any questions were answered excellent and overall experience wonderful. Thank you for helping me Mercy. I will definitely use her services again. As familiarity is important for any child who is cared for by a childminder and I really can't recommend her enough. All the best Mercy.
