About Us
Welcome to Frankphil Holiday Activities Club @ St. Helens .
Our Holiday Club provides quality childcare services for school aged children during School holidays from 4 to 11 years olds. Our setting was graded with a MET GRADE during our last inspection in August ,2025.
Our sessions also runs for the HAF Programme during Easter , Summer and Christmas holidays and children who receive BENEFIT RELATED FREE SCHOOL MEALS through the Havering Local Authority can attend for funded sessions capped @£6.00 per hour per child for a minimum of 16 hours for Easter & Christmas holidays and Summer for 64 hours .

Also we offer private fee placements for parents who wish to pay through Tax Free Childcare , Childcare Grant and other childcare voucher schemes.

- Out of School Clubs from £9.00 per morning
- Out of School Clubs from £24.00 per day
- Out of School Clubs from £96.00 per week
Our Fees are charged per sessions and charged for part time and full time rates.
