My Daughter born Feb 25 will be starting Nursery in January. She is very outgoing and loves to meet new people but also chilling out with books.

We'd like to find somebody local our daughter can get to know for ad hoc babysitting. It would be great to also look into alternatives to the nursery place we have booked because I am not sure whether the environment will be right for her and I would also like some emergency options if I have to work longer hours sometimes.
