Hello!
I'm now a mum to a very energetic child who attends a primary school in Tilehurst.
I'm excited to be returning to childcare after doing exclusive office/admin/customer service work.
Currently looking forward to spending time getting back to creativity and supporting the people who matter most - our children.
I'm dedicated, loyal, diligent, creative, forward thinking, compassionate, patient, and flexible.
Best case scenario for me would be to connect with an expectant or young family to support you on your journey but I do have experience, and I'm comfortable working with school age and older children too.
Please note I'm looking for a minium of 30 hrs, and cannot currently offer just wrap-around care to school hours.
My DBS will be ordered on payday, I will be sorting a refresher of my Paediatric 1st aid as a matter of priority, and I am open to doing any and all relevant training or refresher courses.
I have had my C19 vaccination and both boosters offered so far.
I am open to discussing becoming Ofsted registered if it helps with your childcare costs.

My Experience
With over a decade's worth of experience both in private and public childcare, Nannying, Maternity Nannying, and Night Nannying, it really is less like work to me and I enjoy each experience as I go.
My main focus has been previously been with helping during pregnancy, newborns, and under 5s, or those with disadvataged beginnings. I do also have experience with twins, families of 5+ children, various family members with additional needs, hospital stays and medical equipment.
I have also been a chaperone/addition adult to events as where a parent may be unable to attend or need additional help such as taking their child/ren to school discos, sporting events, recitals, school trips and family events.

My Availability
For day work I need to give my current employer a minimum of 1 month's notice.
I do currently have capacity to be fleible in the days/hours I can work and I am open to a discussion around my working pattern.
For baby sitting outside of my working hours in evening and weekends are open to discussion.
Night Nannying I will limit to max of 4 nights a week for a standard work pattern and would be willing to discuss the option of a 5th night from time to time.

- Babysitting from £13.50 per hour
- Nannying from £14.50 per hour (net)
Babysitting from 13.50ph up to midnight when I switch to a nighttime rate.
Day Nannying from £14.50ph net

Caz was very amazing with my children. She was very punctual and she got all their schedules right. The children enjoyed their time so much with Caz so much that when I got back, they were hoping Caz would continue to take them for their Afterschool activities. Caz never complained, even when the weather was unfavorable for my son’s practice, she stayed with him. She helped my daughter get lunch (with my permission) even though it was not part of the initial agreement, she was willing to go the extra mile. My family is happy to work with Caz and we hope to use her services more in future
Overall
Caz was with us for many years. When we first met her, she instantly bonded with our son and just instinctively knew what he needed. During her time with us she was amazing at inventing fun things to do locally and in the home and the kids saw her as a big sister. For us all she became part of the family and even joined us on holiday, helping us all and going above and beyond for the entire family was more than a worker but family.
Her work ethic is superb and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing a stand in mum for when they are going back work and are anxious about how their children will cope.
My children are now 14 and 8 and we are still in touch and meet up. She truly made a fantasist impact on our lives.

I was delighted when Caz reached out to tell us she was finally getting this profile up and running again! (sorry Caz I can't get into my other profile so set up this new one as I wasn't going to miss doing this)
Caz worked with us on and off for 3 years around her studies, our son going to nursery at 3.5 and then again for over a year as my maternity nanny when we were pregnant with your 2nd - and stayed to help us into a sleep pattern.
Caz was a dream come true that she was cheery (and outdoors) in all weathers, she created the most amazing days out for our son and had whole adventures in the woods behind our house. She created meal plans for us all and cooked from scrath being fully aware of my husband's peanut allergy. While being my maternity nursey and looking after the 3 year old, nothing felt too big of an ask. Caz would take it all in her stride so I could relax and be off my feet as much as possible as I was on bed rest.
Caz took over the running of the house and helped me find gardeners and cleaners so I didn't have to worry about anything.
My 2nd child has additional needs but Caz came with me to all appointments, took notes, helped to ask questions and supported us fully in setting up their care, including regular hospital visits.
Caz is a true needle in the hay stack as she effortless planned events for us, including helping plan my husbands whole 40th including venue, catering and music - all across two weeks while my daughter and I napped in the day.
I was very sad when our arrangement came to an end when my family had to move to Manchester but we still keep regular chat and keep up with life together.

Caz has taken care of both of my children and I would highly recommend her services.
The children are happy to stay with her, she is very engaging, thoughtful and communicates well with the parents.
Even with the age gap, Caz is able to find activities that both can enjoy together and individually. She is very patient, is able to help them with their language and dealing with their emotions.

Caz is someone who has looked after my daughter on several occasions and every time my child wanted to stay with her for longer.
She is observant and very mindful of a child’s needs and has a good way of communicating with children. Always making sure that the time she spends looks after her they are doing something fun and productive.
Caz can be very creative and has taken my daughter on outings that we still mention.
Most importantly, I felt that my child is safe and settled with her.
I would highly recommend her a childminder.
Anytime I need a childminder to look after my daughter I always come back to Caz.
