Honestly, Monica is a lifesaver. You can tell she’s been doing this for a long time because nothing rattles her. My kids (a toddler and a 5-year-old) took to her instantly, which doesn't always happen. She’s just one of those people who genuinely loves kids and knows how to keep them happy and safe.
