My names Grace, I am 28 years old and expecting my first baby in March 2026. I have 2 step children with my partner of 10 years, ages 16 and 11. I am a self employed makeup artist working in the film industry and my partner is a dairy farmer.

I am looking for childcare that can be as flexible as possible but I also understand there is only so much flexibility that can be given. As I work self employed my hours and days vary from week to week. My partner also starts work extremely early due to being a farmer.
I am currently looking at what option would be best for us, so I can go back to work knowing our child is with a reliable trustworthy person.
I would love a childminder that also looks after others for the social aspect of things however this is not make or break for me.
