I wanted to take a moment to share how grateful we are for the care and support you provide for N. You have been nothing short of amazing for our family.

From the beginning, you’ve created a warm, safe and nurturing environment where N can truly flourish and grow. The way you hold space for her is so clear in how confident and settled she is with you. You meet her where she is, encourage her gently, and support her to explore, learn and build independence at her own pace.

You also do an exceptional job supporting N’s development. The observations, updates and detailed reports you provide give me real confidence that you know her well and are actively tracking her progress. It’s evident that you take time to understand her needs and interests and use that to support her learning in a thoughtful, intentional way.

You are also proactive, clear and caring, and it has built genuine trust. I always feel informed and reassured because I know N is in safe hands and her needs are taken seriously.
Thank you for everything you do for N. We feel very lucky to have you both, and we truly appreciate the care, professionalism and warmth you bring every day.
