We met by chance she reached out to actually help guide my search for a nanny, and due to her kindness I felt comfortable enough to visit with my child. Her warmth, professionalism, kindness and way of respecting my parenting approach whilst offering recommendations. My child always so happy when I picked them up which is a reassuring sign. He would cling on to her and was settled in within a few days. She looked after him for only 4 weeks when I needed her most. Called the ambulance when she was worried followed up with recommended guidelines. What can I say. She is just the best. I’m so greatful.
