Virginia arranged to start work with our family and did not show up several times despite confirming that she would start. The last time, she did not even message or call to let us know she won’t be coming. I called, she didn’t answer the phone then finally replied to my message saying she was not coming and told me not to message her again. She has left me stranded with childcare on several occasions. Very unreliable
