She and my 8-month-old baby connected from the very first day. He usually takes quite a long time to warm up to new people, but with her it happened much faster than expected.
She does a wonderful job keeping him engaged with age-appropriate activities and interactions. Communication has always been clear, and she is flexible and accommodating when needed, making it easy to work together.
We have been very happy with her care and would highly recommend her to other families.
