About Me

I am a friendly, enthusiastic and creative person who is able to build strong connections through nurturing practice. I love being outdoors and have recently completed my Forest School Leader qualification.

I enjoy the creativity that comes with working with children and can adapt my approach to the age or interests of the children I am working with.

My Experience

I have worked with children for over 16 years and have a large family with 9 nieces and nephews who have also helped me build my experience! Working with children is my passion and laying essential foundations and following neurodiverse affirming practice is something I believe in strongly.

I have worked in a variety of roles within the Early Years sector including nurseries and Infant School as well as providing home support for families with a variety of support needs. I have a Level 3 in Childcare and have completed my Level 3 Forest School Leader this year.

I have worked one to one with children of all ages and a variety of support needs. I have supported children with complex needs in settings and at home and feel confident in providing excellent care. Through my various roles I have worked with many professionals including speech & language therapists and am able to apply these skills to new roles.
