Calm, caring and Reliable

Sidra was calm, patient, and very caring in her approach. She handled responsibilities with professionalism and showed genuine attentiveness at all times. She ensured a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment, and consistently demonstrated reliability and a positive attitude. Overall, she took excellent care and provided great support throughout.

Totally ureliable and not trustworthy

I arranged for this nanny with an initial agreement that she would be available for the full month. However, shortly after starting, she informed us she would be unavailable for one week and later continued to provide changing reasons for not being able to attend each week.

Communication was also an issue throughout, with responses significantly delayed or no call-backs at all. I was just told two days earlier that she wouldn't be coming. If once committed to come over, I believe that should be followed unless really important that we were okay with .

How do we trust someone who lacks professional standards and commitments.

I gave over a weeks notice about not being able to attend and my reasons for not attending included a gas leak in my property which is a huge safety issue especially in this line of work.

As mentioned in our messages I’m unfortunately not in control when these things happen and can’t arrange cover but I did provide well over a weeks notice. I can’t risk my own safety my property and other children, I believe that reason is well justified in rearranging our agreed date.
