My Experience

Working with children has taught me that the most important part of childcare isn't simply keeping children occupied it's helping them feel safe, understood, and confident enough to explore the world around them.

Through caring for children of different ages and personalities, I have seen how much children thrive when they are given time, patience, encouragement, and opportunities to learn through real-life experiences. Whether it's helping a child build confidence speaking to others, supporting their independence, or simply being a consistent and reassuring presence in their day, I believe the small moments often have the biggest impact.

At Montessori Genius, I encourage children to learn through hands-on experiences, practical life activities, creative play, outdoor exploration, conversation, and child-led discovery. I enjoy helping children develop confidence, communication skills, emotional awareness, problem-solving abilities, and independence in ways that feel natural and enjoyable.
Because every family is different, I also understand the importance of flexibility.

Alongside daytime childcare, I support families with school holidays, school collections, evenings, overnight care, and emergency childcare when additional support is needed.
What I enjoy most about working with children is watching their confidence grow whether that's seeing a shy child make a new friend, a toddler master a new skill independently, or a child proudly achieve something they once thought they couldn't do.

My goal is always to create a warm, supportive environment where children feel secure enough to be themselves and confident enough to grow.
