My son has been with Caroline since when he was just 17 months old. From the very beginning, she made him feel safe, happy, and welcomed. It truly feels like a second home for him.
She has supported his development in so many ways. He has learned important skills such as teamwork, tidying up, following routines, and becoming more confident. I especially appreciate how she treats every child as an individual and supports their unique needs.
Communication is excellent. She regularly shares updates about his daily activities, and I always feel comfortable discussing any concerns with her. She is kind, reliable, flexible, and always willing to help.
My son was never comfortable with water plays , but thanks to her patience and encouragement, he has become much more confident. The environment is always clean, safe, and full of engaging activities.
I completely trust her and highly recommend her to any parent looking for a caring, professional, and trustworthy childminder. Your child will truly be in safe hands. Thank you for everything you have done for our family.
