We booked Megan twice and both times she failed to turn up leaving a very distressed young child wondering where her baby sitter was and she has ALN.

Megan then blocked us on whats app when we tried to find out why she hadnt attended her booking and has now blocked us from viewing her profile here.

Weve tried to complain to childcare.co.uk and they dont have a complaints procedure which is concerning too seeing as they have a responsibility to ensure the sitters they provide are fit and well to work with children.

We do not believe that Megan is at all suitable to work with vulnerable children.
