It is difficult to put into words just how grateful we are for everything Lakshmi has done for our family. From the moment she joined us (when my son was 1.5 years), she brought warmth, kindness, patience, and genuine love into our home. She has cared for our son as her own, always ensuring he felt safe, happy, supported, and cherished.
What sets Lakshmi apart is the thoughtfulness and dedication she brings every day. She always found creative ways to keep our son engaged, encouraged his curiosity and celebrated his achievements. She was also incredibly attentive to his emotional needs. Whether comforting him when he was upset or unwell, helping him navigate challenges, or simply offering a reassuring hug, she always knew exactly what he needed. Her calm and nurturing presence made a tremendous difference, and our son developed a deep sense of trust and affection for her. The bond she has built with him is truly special, and it is clear how much he loves and looks up to her. We especially appreciated the little things she did just for him like baking cakes, a variety of sweets and savouries and hearty healthy meals. She was so mindful of our busy work schedules, health and our travel plans and would go above and beyond to help us in all possible ways, so very thankful to her. We couldn’t have navigated this phase of parenthood without her commendable support.
As parents, there is no greater comfort than knowing your children are in safe and loving hands. Lakshmi gave us that peace of mind every single day. She became so much more than a nanny; she became a cherished part of our family. The love, care, and positive influence she has on our son will stay with him for years to come. We feel incredibly lucky to have had her in our lives and cannot recommend her highly enough. Any family would be fortunate to have someone with her kindness, dedication, and heart caring for their children.
Saying goodbye to Lakshmi is not easy (and we aren’t ready yet!) as she means so much to all of us. She has been there for countless everyday moments as well as important milestones, and her impact on our family goes far beyond childcare. Our son adore her, and we will always be grateful for the love, laughter, guidance, and unwavering support she brought into our home. She will always hold a special place in our hearts. ❤️
