Holly
Looking for an extra pair of hands - 3/4 nights a month
About Me
I'm 31 and work in tech partnerships for a hotel technology company. I love my job - I get to connect people for a living, and it means I travel a little bit, meeting clients in London, the rest of the UK, and occasionally Europe. Most days I work from home when I am not traveling. I moved out of London before having Harper and have been settled in the Cotswolds for nearly three years.
My Requirements
Babysitting Jobs
Free Wifi
Aged 1
I'm looking for someone to help around 3/4 nights a month. At the end of each month I'll share the dates I need for the following month, and you let me know which you're able to cover.
A typical evening would look like:
Collect Harper from nursery at 5:15pm and bring her home
She's already eaten dinner at nursery, so just a snack if she wants one
Bath and into bed by 7pm - she sleeps through until around 7:30am about 99% of the time (honestly she’s such a good sleeper!)
In the morning: help her get dressed, have breakfast, and drop her at nursery for 8:30am
You'll need your own car - I'm a 7-minute drive from nursery (Winchcombe). I can provide a car seat.
What I offer
£100 for the full shift (pickup through to nursery drop-off the next morning)
Dinner provided
Your own space for the night - a spare double bedroom, plus full run of the house if you'd like to work at my desk or relax in front of the TV in the evening
A DBS check, which I'll arrange
I'm genuinely happy to consider someone with children of their own - you're welcome to bring them along too
I'd love to meet a few times so we can both feel sure this is a good fit - getting properly comfortable with someone before an overnight stay. I work from home on Fridays, and Harper isn’t in nursery so I'm happy to run a few trial afternoon sessions to ease everyone in, paid at £50 per session.
