I am a doctor in New cross hospital and I usually have my rota set for the entire year.I normally work 3-4 days in a week and a weekend every 6 weeks. My work normally starts at 7.30 in the morning, so I need someone who can drop off the kid in the morning and keep him till my work finishes. I usually work 12 hour shifts.
