Amazing Fatima-Highly recommended

We only wish we had known Fatima sooner, as we would have sent our daughter to her much earlier—especially since she lives just across the road from us!
We had to transition away from our previous nursery due to an upcoming move, and Fatima went above and beyond to accommodate us. She helped guide us through the entire transition process and even assisted us in securing funding for the two weeks our daughter was going to be with her.
Although our two-year-old daughter attended her for just 7 days over two weeks, the positive impact has been incredible. At her previous nursery, it took her almost an entire term just to start speaking to her key worker. With Fatima, she started talking right away! Being in a smaller group setting with dedicated 1-to-1 attention has worked wonders for her confidence, particularly when interacting with people outside of our immediate family.
We especially love Fatima’s proactive approach to childcare. Instead of staying in one place, she regularly takes the children to different playgroups and out-and-about exploring, which has helped our daughter learn so much from these rich, varied experiences.
Above all, Fatima is exceptionally caring, loving, and attentive. She listens closely to everything our daughter says and does, offering constant encouragement and praise. If we weren't moving away from Birmingham, we would have happily kept our daughter in her care until she turned three.
Thank you, Fatima, for everything, and for being such an exceptional childminder and teacher to our girl. She misses you already!
