I feel incredibly lucky to have found Nina. Transitioning a child from home to an external environment for the first time is always daunting for parents, but we felt an immediate sense of relief knowing the decades of experience Nina brings to her role. It is truly rare to find someone you love and trust so completely with your child, and we treasure her deeply.
Nina’s standard of care is unmatched. She keeps our son spotless throughout the day—a stark contrast to a brief experience at another nursery where he constantly returned with food and paint on his clothes. In an entire year with Nina, this has never happened once. Furthermore, when our son needed extra care due to illness or a stubborn chapped lip, Nina went above and beyond to give him the attentive, comforting focus he needed.
Our son has thrived under her care. We love that he is exposed to a diverse age range, learning immensely from interacting with both older and younger children. He frequently brings home lovely crafts, and remarkably, he has learned all of his spoken English during his time with Nina, as we speak a different language at home.
Nina is extremely punctual, reliable, and works incredibly hard, always putting the children's needs first even during personal emergencies. She is highly attentive to parents' schedules and has offered us immense flexibility with meals—graciously accommodating both home-packed lunches and providing meals herself when our circumstances changed.
Nina’s entire family is lovely. They support one another, and we have built wonderful relationships with other family members who have kindly helped us out with other things we needed done.
Even as Aarav moves on to the next stage of his development and schooling, we very much wish to continue our relationship with Nina during the school holidays, if availability allows. We cannot recommend her highly enough.
