Unprofessional
We were looking for a childminder for our son as we thought a new environment with someone experienced might encourage his speech. He has no behavior issues and is such a sweet easy going 2 year old but one mention of him being non verbal and no reply. This feels like a rejection of our son and that we are somehow beneath you when it is hard enough for us.

How very presumptuous and rude of you. I replied lots to you and said I would come back to you about availability which I would have. I work five days a week and have three children of my own so a very busy life. One of my own children has additional needs so am very experienced with this and supporting all children. It's quite sad really that you are judging before even meeting me and couldn't wait for a reply.
