Adel was very easy to interact with and took the time to find out about both my children before she was going to look after them. Adel arrived on time and was amazing with my children and was able to follow bedtime routines and settle my youngest with Send needs into bed easily. She kept us reassured when we were out with updates too. Really lovely person.
