We are sadly having to leave Waldemar early after relocating for work but we couldn’t recommend it enough for anyone looking for a creative, kind and nurturing environment for their child. Dana and her two assistants work in a bright and clean homely space with different rooms for the children to play, nap and eat in. They have a lovely large garden where they play in lots and are right next to Lammas and Walpole park, where they go most days. The home cooked food they prepare each day sounds so delicious but also so varied and healthy! Their daily activities are so imaginative and include music classes, circle time, baking, arts and crafts and reading. Dana’s communication is great and we are sent photos during the day and are talked through our child’s day when we pick up. As a first time mum still breastfeeding, I was worried how childcare would go (our daughter started at 13 months) but we had no issues with settling in and Dana works to each child’s needs and pace, we felt completely at ease and our daughter completely loves it there. Her speech has come on leaps and bounds and it is especially lovely to see the different ages of children playing and having fun together! Waldemar is a complete gem and we will miss it so much!
