We cannot recommend Liam highly enough! During his time working with us as an Assistant Childminder and Deputy Manager, he was absolutely fantastic with the children. He was caring, patient, enthusiastic and genuinely passionate about supporting their development and wellbeing. He is warm, enthusiastic and caring, with a wonderfully positive outlook on life. He always brought a smile and a sense of fun to each day, engaging the children wholeheartedly in all the activities we did together.

Liam is also an exceptionally talented musician, and music time was always a particularly special part of his work with the children. He taught them songs, encouraged them to participate and helped nurture their confidence, creativity and developing musical skills in such a natural and enjoyable way.

Liam is a genuinely wonderful person to be around. His kindness, enthusiasm and positive energy made him a valued part of our childcare setting, and the children loved spending time with him. We would highly recommend him to any future employer and feel very lucky to have had him work with us. He truly is one of a kind.
