**SPACES AVAILABLE**My name is Lisa, and i am an OFSTED registered childminder based in Thorpe-St-Andrew, Norwich. I have just been graded good by ofsted (March 2025)
I have got 3 children of my own, and have worked in the care profession for many years. I can drop off and pick up from Hillside Avenue nursery and school. I have a very child friendly and happy home with plenty of different indoor and outdoor toys for all ages. I provide stimulating care in a purpose built setting. I have various spaces for all ages. Lisa has looked after all three of my children throughout their time in primary school. We have found her to be a warm and understanding carer who will be as flexible as possible to help meet the needs of our family. My children have always felt very safe in her care and my youngest describes her as "very kind".
My hours at work have often changed and Lisa has done everything she can to make sure she can accommodate us. I honestly think I wouldn't be able to juggle being a working mum without her.

Lisa is currently looking after both my children (3 and 5) and we’ve been using her services for the past 2.5 years with no complaints. They thoroughly enjoy the setting Lisa provides within her home and bonus, Lisa does the local school run. I 100% recommended and trust Lisa with both my children and I couldn’t ask for more from her services.

I have used Lisa now for around three years to look after both of my daughters. Youngest started with Lisa not long before she was two. Lisa has gone from having my youngest full-time to now doing school runs morning and afternoon. She is flexible with last-minute changes and is easy to communicate with on a regular basis. While she doesn’t take funded hours, you can use tax-free childcare account to pay so that helps.
Lisa gives a warm family feel to the care she gives. It’s like having an aunt or family member take care of my children. She will love them and care for them, but she also won’t take any nonsense. Which I really like and it matches with the way we parent our children. Would 100% recommend Lisa for families who are looking for a child carer in the area.
