Mi Casa is an extraordinary setting and it's ethos of family, care and learning through natural exploration shine through and is comparable if not better than many larger childcare facilities.
Alex and her team welcome children as family. This care ensures that children immediately feel at ease in Alex's setting and with staff as well as with her wonderful family who also treat the children with love, care and respect.
Alex takes the time to really understand each child as an individual and accordingly, is able to provide tailored care which is replicated across her staffing team.
Alex and her team always make time to provide key updates and helpful advice on the care of the children whenever desired by parents - a key trait of the care provided as it is common to often feel rushed at the end of the day at pick up with no time to feedback on children's progress or how they found the day.
Leaving children in the care of others is hard for any working parent and so this time for feedback is incredibly valued and appreciated.
We are very lucky to have such a lovely childminder and family providing incredible care locally.
