We feel incredibly lucky to have had Frances and her wonderful team look after our children. Our eldest started with Frances when she was two and our youngest joined at one and from the very beginning we knew they were in the most amazing place.
Frances’ beautiful family home is perfectly set up for children with a fantastic space both inside and out. The location is brilliant too with the Heath, the City Farm and the Clock Club all so close by, as well as regular trips to London Zoo.
Frances was especially wonderful with our daughter, who was a little later than others to walk and developing her speech. She was incredibly patient, caring and encouraging, and gave her the support and confidence she needed to develop at her own pace.
Both of our children absolutely loved going to Frances’ and made such lovely friendships there. We hope to stay in touch with their friends and their parents.
We would have loved to have kept both children with Frances up until they started school but sadly we had to move out of London. Leaving was very difficult and we still really miss Frances, the incredible team and the community they created.
I couldn’t recommend Frances and her team more highly. It’s such a warm, loving and fun environment and we will always be incredibly grateful for the help and happy memories spent there.
