Our son has been attending Jo’s childcare since he was 1.5 years old, and we honestly cannot believe that we’ll have to say goodbye in September as he starts school. Moving him from nursery to Jo’s was one of the best decisions we’ve made as parents.
Jo provides a nurturing, educational, and fun environment that has helped our son thrive. She shares lovely daily updates with pictures and thoughtful write-ups, which give us great insight into his day. Her approach to education is full of kindness and heart—teaching numbers, letters, and life skills in a way that keeps children engaged and happy.
One of the standout aspects of Jo’s childcare is the emphasis on outdoor activities. The children regularly visit parks, Box Hill, garden centres, and local playgrounds. This variety and connection with nature is something we didn’t experience at nursery and is something our son absolutely loves.
Jo also provides healthy meals and maintains a consistent daily routine that supports both play and learning. Her setting offers everything a child needs to grow with confidence and joy.
We would recommend Jo without hesitation—she is absolutely brilliant!

Jo has been absolutely amazing, I know and trust that my younger daughter is in the best care possible. She gives the children so much attention, love and creates such a happy, stimulating environment allowing little personalities to grow. Jo will always go above and beyond to create many different interesting activities from arts and crafts, baking, outdoor activities, playgroups to even creating a crown for the king 👑.

My daughter has been with Jo since she was 11 months old and I was a classic nervous new mum going back to work.
As soon as I went round it felt right, a lovely family setting and daughter settled in very quickly and has never looked back. Jo has been doing this for years and it shows, I have seen a couple of babies settle straight in since we started.
It is lovely to know she is safe when I am working and Jo has been really supportive and flexible when I have needed it. She also put up with quite a complicated medication regimen when my daughter first started (as she had some health issues,) and has mass special vegetarian food for her without batting an eyelid.
I’d recommend Jo to anyone, she is amazing.
