We never write reviews but this a review that we really wanted to share. From day one Vickie became an integral part of our household. It was an extremely complicated situation with one of our twins still in NICU and the other one at home, and our 5 year old daughter navigating her first year of reception. One of our boys remained in NICU for an extended period and we had to navigate between the hospital and home, with Vicky being the key to making this work and making this feel as smooth and easy as it could get. Although we had a daughter before she was able to help in so many ways with caring for newborns. To name a few (it’s a long list!) her help with breastfeeding, sleeping, nutrition for both babies and parents.. Vickie cared and adapted every day to our needs, and exceeded any possible expectations we might have. She had a great balance of knowing when to guide us and when to support in our way of doing things. She is a true expert in every meaning of the word and her bedside manners are truly exceptional. My wife and I are still so greatful for being there in our toughest moments and giving our boys the best start in life. This review could go on for days, but I would say that straight from the heart that hiring Vickie is without a doubt the best decision we have ever made.
