During a very difficult period for our family, my wife has been struggling with depression, while I have been trying to work from home and take care of our daughter on my own. We were looking for support and reliable childcare to help us get through this challenging time.

Unfortunately, our request was rejected by CJ One. We only mentioned that we might consider switching to nursery in the future, but we also would be happy to continue with their service for as long as they could provide the right support for our family.

We were disappointed that our situation did not seem to receive much understanding or flexibility. It felt as though the focus was more on protecting long-term financial interests rather than offering a helping hand to a family going through a difficult period.
