So Stephanie worked for us 4/5 days a week from August 2014 to March 2015 with my 8 - 15 month old. We had to stop using her daily services due to a change in circumstances for us.
We picked her as she is reliable, calm and very well qualified. We knew we could trust her with our child despite having only met her through childcare.co.uk. We were very pleased with the service she provided throughout and her professionalism. One time my LO fell, but she was very honest and pointed out where the (not serious) injury occurred. This kind of honesty with your child is essential. She was 10 mins late only once which was due to an accident on the road.
We will still use Stephanie for weekend visits on occasion and feel she has become one of the family. She clearly dotes on children and has an excellent manner with them.
