Our Son has been going to Suzanne’s since last year and he loves it! Suzanne creates a very welcoming environment. The children are always so happy to see her and our son is super excited to go there in the mornings. She keeps you updated with how they have got on that day with the app. Highly recommend!

Our Son has been going to Suzanne for over a year now and we feel incredibly lucky to have found such a fantastic childminder. From the very beginning, she has created a warm, welcoming, and safe environment where he feels completely at home. It’s clear how much care and thought she puts into every part of the day and always thinks of fun activities!
Our son absolutely loves going, and we’ve seen him grow in confidence, independence, and happiness since starting. She communicates clearly and regularly, keeping us updated with photos and stories. It gives us real peace of mind knowing he’s in such caring hands.
Her patience, kindness, and genuine love for children shine through in everything she does. We couldn’t be more grateful and would recommend her to anyone looking for someone who goes above and beyond. Thank you Suzanne - being able to drop David with you without a worry means the world to us!

Our little boy has been with Suzanne for the past year. We have felt from the minute he started that Suzanne treats him with as much care and kindness as she does her own children. He is thriving in her setting and always runs in with a huge grin on his face.
Aside from her care of our son, Suzanne has gone above and beyond to support us when our circumstances have changed, and we couldn't be more grateful.
We highly recommend Suzanne as a childminder.

My daughter has been with Suzanne since she was 8 months old, almost 2 years now. Suzanne's home is clean, warm and welcoming. My daughter loves going to Suzanne's and has a wonderful relationship with Suzanne, her family and the other children. I love the mix of ages, during the day there is a small group of under 5's and then a few primary school pupils join after school.
Suzanne organises a wide range of activities for the children, building their skills, both in the house and days out.
She creates a great routine for the children, my daughter has always napped well for Suzanne!
Communication is good, Suzanne shares photos and uses an app to share your child's day.
I would highly recommend Suzanne.

We have been sending our daughter to Suzanne for 2 days a week since she was 1.5 years old and it was the best decision we have made. Suzanne makes the kids feel so comfortable in her setting, just like a home away from home. We don't think our daughter would leave if she could have it her way, really is made to feel like part of the family.
Brianna has come on leaps and bounds with her socialising and is always so excited to go and see her friends on her Suzanne days. She is especially excited when it's the school holidays and some of the bigger kids are there to spend time with her, doing different activities.
Suzanne always keeps us updated with what's going on through messages, photos and videos. Not only does she support Brianna but we have found her so reassuring and helpful as parents while going through potty training.
We all feel very lucky to have found Suzanne.

As we don’t have any family or friends nearby that can help look after our little boy, the first day he went to Suzanne was the first time we had spent a moment apart! He was 14 months old and we were both extremely anxious, but Suzanne did everything possible to reassure us and kept us updated on how he was throughout the day. Almost one year on and not only do we hear about “Ann Ann” (Suzanne) everyday at home - we hear about the whole family!
Suzanne and her family create a loving environment for little ones to play and be themselves. They get involved in a whole range of activities and are always out and about doing different things. We are always given an update on how he has been that day, what he’s been up to and how he has eaten and slept etc. He also comes home with some lovely artwork which he’s always delighted to show us!
Looking for childcare for your little one can be a really hard task - it’s the most trust you could ever put in another person, but I would not hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend Suzanne to anyone looking for a home away from home for their little one.
Thank you Suzanne for becoming an extension of our family and somewhere that we feel completely at ease leaving our baby!

I have my 2 children with Suzanne full time. It’s always such a difficult time having to put your trust into someone to look after your most precious possessions I cannot praise Suzanne enough for the love and kindness she gives to my girls. They both absolutely love going here.
They are warmly welcomed everyday into Suzannes home. Suzanne drops off and collects both from the local primary school. She keeps me updated daily on how their day has been, what they have been up to and what they have eaten. The girls are always busy with a huge variety of experiences and in the holidays they are out almost every day which is great for this tired mummy. I love the photos and videos Suzanne sends as I get to look at them together with the girls and hear all about the fun and adventures they have.
Suzanne has been super at supporting both the girls through life’s curveballs and challenges when I can’t be there.
I’m invoiced monthly and find it a super easy transaction to pay fees. Never had any issues but know Suzanne is just at the end of a phone if I needed any support.
I cannot thank Suzanne enough for the love and care she not only gives my girls but also me as a parent. She genuinely cares for not only the children in her care but also the parents.
I will always be eternally grateful for Suzanne and her support and wouldn’t hesitate to ever leave my girls in her care.

When I started to think about putting my first daughter into childcare I knew I wanted her to go somewhere where she wouldn’t just be looked after but where she would be loved. From our first settling in day with Suzanne I knew that’s how Brea would be treated, it’s as though she’s a part of the family. We drop her off and she barely notices us at the door, running straight in to join the fun and when we pick her up it’s clear she’s left no stone unturned. When we get in the car to go anywhere she asks if she’s going to Suzanne’s! I love that Suzanne keeps us updated with the private Facebook group too with plenty of pictures and tells us exactly what they’ve been up to! Plus for every occasion Brea comes home with something she’s made that day - our fridge is covered! I can’t thank Suzanne enough for loving our little girl as much as she does!

We cannot recommend Suzanne highly enough. My eldest started with Suzanne in primary 1 for before and after school care and quickly settled in, she loves Suzanne and her family. The older children were great at keeping an eye out for her and saying hello in the dinner hall. It's like a wee extended family. When no.2 came along we opted for Suzanne as a childminder instead of nursery and he joined at 10 months old. He loves going to Suzanne's and has a great bond with her and the other children. Suzanne does such a wide variety of activities with the kids, I've no idea where she gets the energy. Her house is spotlessly clean and she has robust process in place which has been reassuring during covid.

My son has been with Suzanne since he was a year old he's now three. He immediately settled in well with Suzanne and her family and has loved every day spent with her.
Suzanne provides a safe, nurturing home environment and plenty of opportunities to play and learn. She regularly takes the children out for walks, trips to the parks and other activities including fun day trips during holidays.
Suzanne and her family have always been so welcoming and accommodating to our son, we couldn't be more thankful of the support we have recieved.
During COVID Suzanne did what she needed to to continue providing a safe environment and maintained a high standard of childcare through a difficult time.

Although my youngest initally found it hard being away from me, she is now very settled and happy little girl at Suzanne's with my eldest. Her face lights up when she sees Suzanne. She enjoys all the activities which Suzanne does with the kids from gardening to baking.

Both my boys (now 2 and nearly 5) have been going to Suzanne's for the past year and she's been great for our family.
We had initial selling issues with the youngest but this came at covid time so wasn't surprising as he hadn't been left with anyone really at a year old. Suzanne did so much to help him settle and to reassure us and was in touch through the day.
Suzanne does so many different activities with the kids from play in the house, learning, time in the garden and great days out over the holidays that they are always keen to go. The rest of Suzanne's family are also great with the boys making it a real home from home environment.

Suzanne provides a warm, nurturing and caring childcare setting, which is like a second home to my son who has been in her care since he was 15 months old. My son has a fantastic bond with Suzanne and her family. There is no one else that I'd rather entrust his care to. I recommend her service unreservedly.

Whilst we found that Suzanne provided reasonable care to our children during the time they were with her, overall our experience of using her service has been very unpleasant and I regret ever having gone with her. When we terminated our covid retainer with Suzanne last summer due to a difference in opinion, things quickly became acrimonious. Suzanne owed us a refund at that point, yet she refused to pay and we were eventually forced to take her to Small Claims Court, where the Sheriff found in our favour and issued an order for Suzanne to refund the sum owed. The whole process has been extremely stressful and it has taken over 9 months. I would therefore not recommend this service.

You are being extremely misleading in this review and I can’t ignore your attempts to taint my business and reputation.
Firstly at court and in front of my lawyer, the court clerk and the Sheriff you said, on record, that you thought I was an excellent childminder and would have stayed with me had it not been for my refusal to open during the early stages of COVID as you rated my service highly.
The sheriff agreed that I could not have opened in the short notice provided to me and he suggested that maybe you were a little too quick to terminate your contract. You attempted to claim back 3 months of fee’s from me, the sheriff awarded you 2 weeks. I can stand by all I have said in this reply as it is recorded at court, did you forget that?
Suzanne is simply the best! My daughter has been with her nearly a year since a went back to work and she loves being at Suzanne's. Suzanne is professional, warm, kind, patient, thoughtful and very enthusiastic - I don't know where she gets her energy from! My daughter was 13 months when she joined Suzanne's 'extended family'. Since starting she's grown in confidence and not looked back. My daughter is always kept entertained through various activities from crafts, baking and free play to outdoor adventures, outings and messy play. Suzanne has great facilities both indoors and outdoors, and her home is always clean and tidy. My daughter couldn't be better looked after or happier whilst at Suzanne's.

Decided to send my son to Suzanne to allow him to develop more independence. Rocky start at first as he was a mummy's boy who isn't great with change but Suzanne was amazing with both me and him, supportive, understanding and compassionate. My son now absolutely adores Suzanne and looks forward to his days there. I love that he is always busy and weather dependant is usually outside! Honestly could not have asked for more in a childminder!

Suzanne is an excellent childminder I would recommend her highly. Suzanne provides a warm, caring and nurturing environment for my daughter who has been with Suzanne since 10 months. My daughter has been made to feel like one if the family. Suzanne knows my child so well and plans activities to suite her interests and needs. Suzanne engages her with stimulating educational activities and excursions. I go to work reassured in the knowledge that my daughter is happy, safe and in the best possible environment to grow.

Chapelcroft provides the best care, support and nurturing environment for both my children. They both look forward to going to Chapelcroft after school as it’s fun but also educational. They are provided with nutritious snacks and at snack time are encouraged to talk about their day in school. Suzanne also gives them 121 time if there are private thoughts and feelings they wish to discuss. I wouldn’t leave my children with anyone else. I receive updates at work to let me know both are settled and enjoying their time with her as well as pictures. Suzanne is the most supportive and caring childminder for both parents and children

Suzanne has looked after my little boy for 7 months now and I am over moon with her care. She really has made him feel part of the family and he always looks forward to going to play at Suzanne’s house.
Activities are always fun and educational; it is clear Suzanne makes a lot of effort with all the children in her care. Very attentive and has a lovely relationship with my son.
I am relaxed going to work knowing that Suzanne is looking after him.

I started using Suzanne as our childminder for our 4 year old as wrap around care when using the local school nursery before and after nursery. We were very quickly so impressed we moved our then 18month old from private nursery to Suzanne also, 3 days a week.
Suzanne has been a god send to our family of 3 girls, now aged 2,5,7. We have a mix of full days for our 2 year old and holiday cover for all 3.
The care our girls receive is outstanding in a fun and loving environment. She caters to all our needs and always goes above and beyond what we would hope and expect. Our daughters have thrived in this environment from days out to activities in the house, they are always very happy to go to Suzanne’s and we are happy and relaxed, knowing she will look after them so well.
I would recommend anyone needing childcare to consider Chapelcroft Childminding.

Susanne has looked after my 5yr old for the last year. It always felt very safe and comfortable leaving her in Susanne's care.
They do some lovely activities and there is always a nice atmosphere in her home.
Unfortunately we are moving out of the area or I wouldn't be giving up our space.

Suzanne has been looking after my son for nearly a year now. She is the most caring, loving and funny person my child can have!!! She has a warm, welcoming home with a lovely family, her daughter and my son are best pals!
When I leave my son at Suzanne's, I don't worry about him at all,because I know he is in good hands.She makes sure that everybody is happy and safe. My son improved massively since he started going to hers. They go to different places all the time burning loads of energy. She also does loads of activities with them,like crafts, baking, making healthy smoothies that they can choose the ingredients for in the shop themselves! And if that's not enough she also has lots of books,educational games and toys. She also makes the effort to learn a few words in different languages to bond with the kids with other mother tongue even better!
I would highly recommend her to everybody who wants their child to have the best care they can have!

Suzanne is a superb childminder and I would have no hesitation in recommending Chapelcroft Childminding to anyone. My daughter has been with Suzanne for 8 months and has been made very welcome, as if she is part of the family. Suzanne has a lovely family and a welcoming home.
Suzanne makes sure that all children within her care are suitably cared for and happy, whether it is with art & crafts, baking or other interests, there is always something for them to do. Summer holidays were especially good with the various trips out. The children in Suzanne's care have a great time which is made possible by Suzanne's enthusiasm and caring nature. Suzanne also ensures that she is up to date with all policy & practices and is diligent in passing on any relevant information.

My two girls have been going to Suzanne's for the last 6 months and have been made to feel very welcome and cared for. They do lots of fun activities but are also learning lots and Suzanne keeps me up to date on how they are getting on at the end of each day and with a diary. With Suzanne and Charlie the dog's help, my oldest daughter has been able to overcome her fear of dogs which has helped her confidence. Both girls love going to her, and enjoy playing with Suzanne's children and happily chat about their day. I would definitely recommend Suzanne as a childminder.

My son has been going to Chapelcroft Childminders for the past 4 months. I have noticed a great improvement in my son since he started going here every day after nursery.
Suzanne and her family are very friendly and have a lovely home and her children are very friendly and helpful with all the children who come to the house and are made to feel like part of the family.
I would highly recommend Chapelcroft to anyone looking for chldcare. The children are well looked after and are always going on outings and when at home are kept busy doing educational and fun activities which are all logged in a personal diary for each child.
