My Experience
I have worked at Croft way first school in Blyth while I trained and gained my qualifications and worked in an out of hours school club for several years caring for children between 2 and 13.
I worked with a special needs child one to one during the lunch hour and currently provide rest bite care for autistic child one day a week
but the best experience I personally think I have is that I am parent myself I under stand whats important when it comes to your own children and how hard it can be to leave them in someone else care when going to work!
