We feel incredibly lucky to have found Annette. From the very beginning, she has been kind, patient, and genuinely invested in helping our son, Jacopo, settle into her care.

After a very difficult experience elsewhere, we were understandably anxious about making another change. Annette listened to our concerns, worked closely with us, and treated Jacopo as the individual little boy he is, rather than just another child in the room. Her caring and nurturing approach made all the difference.

To our amazement, Jacopo settled in less than a week. For the first time, we started receiving photos of him smiling, playing, exploring, and simply being himself. Seeing him happy and relaxed gave us so much reassurance. Every morning he now goes to Annette happily, without the resistance and tears we had become used to before.

What has made this transition even more special is that Jacopo truly feels at home with Annette and her family. He has formed a lovely bond with her children, Elijah and Faith, and has also become very comfortable around her husband, Eddie. They have all been incredibly kind, gentle, and welcoming towards him, and it is wonderful to see him happily playing and interacting with them as though he is part of the family.

The transition wasn’t easy for us as parents, and we constantly questioned whether we were making the right decision. Thanks to Annette, those doubts quickly disappeared. She has created a warm, safe, and loving environment where Jacopo feels secure, valued, and cared for. As parents, there is no greater peace of mind than knowing your child is genuinely happy.
