Sapphire has been our nanny for the past 5 years. She started with us as a maternity nurse and then became our nanny for our little girl. She stayed with us for 5 years until our daughter started school. I cannot recommend Sapphire more. She is extremely reliable, she is exceptionally good with children and is both loving but firm. Our daughter both adores and respects her. She treads the line perfectly between being a kind and fun nanny whilst still ensuring manners and discipline. She was easy to have in the home and made all our daughters meals to have both fresh and frozen (homemade and delicious). She never turned up late, she would always bend over backwards to help us wherever she could and she is an excellent communicator. She helped with cooking , laundry, tidying children's areas and planned fun activity planned weeks. She always planned activities which were relevant to our child and beneficial for her. She also always consulted us to ensure we were happy with whatever she had planned. ( She also has a safe good size car and takes safety in all aspects of her care seriously which was very reassuring) Sapphire is an exceptional nanny- you will not find better.
