Arranged to meet with Sarah at 0930 in the morning with my 1year to discuss childcare, When we arrived one of her staff answered the door, didn't seem to know we had an appointment and told me that Sarah was unwell, couldn't see us and would be in contact to re arrange. No contact from Sarah what so ever to cancel or rearrange. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
