Our daughter has been with Lesley since she was about 11 months old, and a year later we still can’t believe how lucky we were to find her. As first time parents, the whole childcare decision felt overwhelming, but we knew we wanted a true home from home, not a big nursery where she might get lost in the crowd. From day one she settled straight in and completely took to Lesley.

All we wanted was for her to be safe, happy, and to have fun! She’s had all of that and more! She barely gives us a wave at drop off now because she’s too busy sprinting to Lesley’s front door, while we trail behind carrying her bag.

She wakes up excited to see her friends, spends the car ride chatting away, and comes home happily worn out from the adventures they’ve had that day. We get regular updates and photos, which always make us smile, and sometimes make us wonder if she prefers Lesley’s cooking to mum and dad’s.

Lesley is genuinely wonderful, warm, caring, affectionate, and completely devoted to the children she looks after. Our daughter adores her, and we couldn’t imagine a better person to trust with her each day.
