Hayley has been our child minder for the past 4 years, caring for our daughter from 1-4 and now our son who is 18 months. From the moment I met Hayley I felt her warmth and her sunny nature and I knew she was the one I wanted to care for my babies. Hayley is an incredible child minder and an amazing person. She offers a cosy and inviting home from home environment with ample activities as well as days out, ranging from zoos, museums, playgroups, out in the woods exploring nature, allotment visits, parks, cafes, splash parks any many more. She is great at sending photos and updates during the day which are so welcomed. She always has a well thought out plan for the day and keeps in line with themes, celebrations as well as teaching the children about different cultural traditions. I wholeheartedly trust Hayley with the world and thank her for her valuable contribution to our little one’s precious childhoods. She is inherently positive, kind, gentle and so caring and it is clear to see how much she genuinely loves the children in her care. She also is the right amount authoritative and has a special way of getting just the right message across, ensuring that the children use empathy and understand the reason behind every instruction. She really understands child psychology and it shows. She will be a part of our family forever and we feel very lucky to have found her. Thank you Hayley! xx
